Hang it upside down by the clutch tap the crank gently with rubber mallet or air chisel. After you remove your bolt your pto clutch should just slide off of your crankshaft.
The electric clutch is located under the front of the frame and is bolted to the crank shaft of the engine. Remove the wire harness connector place the flat head screw driver under the tab of the connector and lift the tab and pull connector free. The bearing failed in the electric pto clutch in sept. Next dis connect the wiring connector from your pto clutch then remove the bolt in the center of your pto clutch.
Pull the electric clutch off the engine crankshaft. If you have an impact wrench this will be the best way to remove your bolt. Unplug the electric clutch wiring harness beside the motor. Remove the mounting screws from the flywheel cover and pull the cover off to access the flywheel nut.
First unplug the wiring connection then if the pto clutch has been on the mower for a while remove the bolt from the bottom of the clutch then spray pb blaster in the bolt hole let it sit for. This new electric clutch arrived four days after i ordered it great service. On the top of the clutch there is a connector. First remove your deck belt from the pulley on your pto clutch.
