Fanatec Wheel Base Not Detected

Wheel base csw v2 csl e wb with p1 or uhx does not get detected by the pc if you connect a p1 steering wheel or the universal hub for xbox one to a fanatec wheel base csl e wb or csw v2 the wheel base will directly go into xbox one mode which is indicated by the green led on the wheel base.

The wheel is not recognized by the software the display on the wheel base and wheel dont turn on and the only way to turn the fan off is to use the emergency stop. My pc sees everything. The wheelbase just closes the property page all together and nothing happens.

Csw rim is not detected in driver control panel. Display is not working on the csw rim when powerd on or which using the tuning menu buttons are not working on the rim. Download the driver unhook the wheel just the base connected and power off the base. They both show up for me but the pedals allow me to see min max like usual.
